The sm rims is from a Yamaha DTX moped I only payed about 250 euros for them

Yes i am going to change the front fender, i am going to change it to a Rieju SMX frontfender:

Nope, they are not too big I'm sure the piston will survive I have allready droven about 1000km with the tuned cylinder, and its still fine, both the cylinder and the piston

What did you recognise on the power after that?

Correct I also made the main exhaust port bigger
Stronger from about 4000-5000 rpm and a much stronger kick at 6500-7000 to about 9500-10000 rpm
But the Giannelli Exhaust sucks, but it is hard to get another exhaust in Norway

Hmm, i'm tininkg about making my own custom exhaust.. so that the exhaust matches the durations of the ports in the cylinder

nope, they are bigger than the kmx rims So i removed some of the orginal spacers and made new

Like on the frontwheel, there should be a box that you conect the speedometer wire in but i removed it because it was too big. Same with the back wheel, the orginal spacer on the left side was too big so i made one that is smaller
